THE FIFTH TILIMENT MARATHON BIKE

PLAN AND REGULATIONS

- 104 km with a 2400 m above sea level (a.s.l.) rise valid for Alpen International Tour eco-friendly circuit – IMA SCAPIN - 14TH ALPE ADRIA CUP - FRIULI CHALLENGE (last gate at 15:30 p.m. Paradiso area)

- 51,3 km with a 1200m a.s.l. rise valid for Alpen International Tour eco-friendly circuit and for IMA SCAPIN - 14TH ALPE ADRIA CUP - FRIULI CHALLENGE (max time 4 hours 30 minutes)

- 25,6 km with a 310 m a.s.l. rise – 3rd Italian Paralympic Championship (see C.I.P. Italian Cyclist Federation rules)

- 25,6 km with a 310 m a.s.l. rise eco-friendly, not competitive cycle ride valid for Friul Bike (max time 4 hours)

Till 25 minutes under 18 (15/16 years old) and debutants (13/14 years old)
Till 20 minutes G6 12 years old
Till 15 minutes G5 11 years old
Till 10 minutes G4 10 years old
Till 8 minutes G3 9 years old
Till 5 minutes G2 8 years old
Till 4 minutes G1 7 years old

PARTECIPATION

The partEcipation is opened to all the athletes regularly members of the Italian Cycling Federation (F.C.I.) recognized by UDACE Italian Cycling Union and by the council body and to all the foreign athletes regularly members of the National Cycling Federations. Alternatively only by showing the agonistic medical certificate valid at the time of enrolment plus 15 € for F.C.I. insurance daily card (Italian Cycling Federation’s law no. 165 dt. 06/12/2007).

MEMBERSHIP FEE

35 euro for the 104 km track, opened to women, under 23, elite, master 1,2,3,4,5, master sport and master sport women

25 euro for the 51,3 km track, opened to women, under 23, elite, master 1,2,3,4,5, master sport, master sport women, junior and junior women

10 euro for the 25,6 km track, non-competitive, opened to everyone (subscriptions only on Sunday morning)

You can fax your enrolment together with your payment receipt to the following number +39 041.5086456 or email it at tiliment@tds-live.com by Thuesday April 18th by 12.00. On Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st you can enrol directly at pre-established time, with an extra cost of 5 euro. The enrolment form downloaded from our website and filled on all parts is compulsory. Phone number and/or email address are necessary to confirm the enrolment.
It will not be valid if incomplete or without payment copy attached.

MEETING PLACE, DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION, RACING NUMBERS AND RACE GIFT PACKAGE DISTRIBUTION

On Saturday April 20th 14.30-20.00 p.m.; on Sunday April 21st 7.00-8.30 a.m. in Palazzetto dello sport, via Mazzini, Spilimbergo.

INFORMATION/RULES

A)The fifth TILIMENT MARATHON BIKE will take place in compliance with the Italian Cycling Federation and with Italian Cycling Union’s law. Therefore the helmet use is required and the Italian road traffic rules have to be strictly obeyed. Enrolment and/or the collection of the race gift package can be done personally or by a third party. It is prohibited to follow the racers. The track area is strictly interdicted to all engine vehicles unless expressly authorized by the organization board
B) since the race takes place in areas of protected naturalistic interest (i.e. SIC), any engine vehicle in the race track is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED - roads of free access excluded
C) Refreshment points are marked by special notices; do not throw away water-bottles or rubbish outside refreshment-room points penalty of the exclusion from the race
Racers leaving the race must go to the nearest checking point and specify their race number
THE STARTING GRIDS

1) Valued racers, special guest, elite, women;

2) IMA Scapin subscribers, Friuli challenge subscribers

3) Master

To reach the starting grids all riders must transit throught the given access points for number checking. By unchecking, the racer loses the right to go to the podium and to be listed on the final ranking

at 9.00 a.m. 104 km - Alpen International Tour

at 10.00 a.m. 51,3 km - Alpen International Tour and 14th Alpe Adria Cup

at 10.30 a.m. 25,6 km - Italian Paralympic Championship

at 11.00 a.m. 25,6 km - eco-friendly/not competitive cycle ride

MICROCHIP REGULATION
The chronometer service is supplied by TDS with an active microchip technology.
All registered athletes receive their microchip against their ID/passport together with the race identification number.
Microchip wearing is compulsory.

Different microchips are not allowed.

Personal documents are released at microchip consignment or, if lost, by a 20 euro penalty
