51,3 km with a drop of 980 m above sea level valid for Alpen International Tour eco-friendly circuit and for 13th Alpe Adria Cup

25,6 km with a drop of 350 m above sea level eco-friendly, not competitive cycle ride valid for Friul Bike

APRIL 18 THE FIRST TILIMENT JUNIOR BIKE

Till 25 minutes under 18 (15/16 years old) and debutants (13/14 years old)
Till 20 minutes G6 12 years old
Till 15 minutes G5 11 years old
Till 10 minutes G4 10 years old
Till 8 minutes G3 9 years old
Till 5 minutes G2 8 years old
Till 4 minutes G1 7 years old

PARTICIPATION

The participation is opened to all the athletes that are regularly members of the Italian Cycling Federation and is recognized by UDACE Italian Cycling Union and council body and to all the foreign athletes that are regularly members of the National Cycling Federations. Alternatively may present valid agonistic medical certificate at the time of enrolment with an extra cost of 5 € for the insurance (Italian Cycling Federation’s law n. 165 of 06/12/2007).

MEMBERSHIP FEE

35 euro for 102,3 km opened to women, under 23, elite, master 1,2,3,4,5, master sport and master sport women

25 euro for 51,3 km opened to women, under 23, elite, master 1,2,3,4,5, master sport, master sport women, junior and junior women

9 euro for 25,6 km not agonistic, opened to everyone

20 euro bail for microchip

Please fax your enrolment together with the receipt for payment to the following number +39 0427.928081 by April 10th at 19.00. You can also enrol to the race, on-line, until April 14 or directly on Saturday, April 16, at pre-established time, with an extra cost of 5 euro. The use of the enrolment form, filled on all sides and available on the web site, is compulsory.
Incomplete enrolment or non-payment will not be valid.

MEETING PLACE, VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS, DELIVERY OF RACING NUMBERS AND RACE GIFT PACKAGE

Verification of enrolment: Saturday April 16 from 14.30 to 20.00 and Sunday April 17 from 7.00 to 8.00 in Palazzetto dello sport, via Mazzini, Spilimbergo.

INFORMATION/RULES

A)The third TILIMENT MARATHON BIKE will take place in compliance with the Italian Cycling Federation and with Italian Cycling Union’s law so it is required the helmet’s use and the observation of the Italian highway code. The enrolment or the collection of the race gift package can be done personally or on behalf of a third party. Follow the racers is not allowed.
B) The track area is strictly interdicted to all motor vehicles unless expressly allowed by the organization board.
C) Refreshment-room points are marked by special notices; do not throw away water-bottles or rubbish outside refreshment-room points penalty of the exclusion from the race.
Please inform in case of drop out through the race and specify the race number.
D) Starting grid dedicated to IMA and Challenger Friuli subscribed
E) Starting grid subject by decision of the organization
F) Loss of entitlement to starting grid due to lack of presence at the polling numbers
G) Prices are in person only passed to the athletes. Loss of the right in prices due to lack of demand presence.

STARTING ORDER

9.00 am 102,3 km Alpen International Tour (max. duration 6 hours final grid in Casiacco: final passage at 15.00 clock)

9.45 am 51,3 km Alpen International Tour and 13° Alpe Adria Cup (maximum duration 4 hours and 30 minutes)

10.15 am 25,6 km eco-friendly/not competitive cycle ride (up to 4 hours)

MICROCHIP "WINNING TIME" REGULATIONS

The chronometer service will be supplied by Winning Time through an active microchip technology.

All registered athletes will receive their microchip together with the race identification number and have to fasten it to the ankle through the special ankle band.

Wearing the microchip is compulsory. Athletes who will forgive to wear it won’t be placed into the chart with time score.

Other microchips cannot be used. The athlete has to pay a 20,00 Euro security to receive the microchip.

At the end of the event, on giving back the microchip in perfect conditions, the whole security of 20,00 Euro will be received back.

The athletes who will not give back their chip at the end of the race have to send it to Winning Time Srl – Via Pioppo 4a/6 – 46100 Mantova and they will receive back the security paid at registration.
